I would give my experience with Sutherland a score of 5 excellent. I would add that Callum was very patient with my various queries regarding the vehicle and stuck with a process that took several weeks. Also the car was immaculate in every way at point of handover.

I don't have too much to say other than the staff there were really down to earth & approachable and that was nice and refreshing compared to other dealers. I dealt with James and he was great.

The car is really nice, The only thing is the air con is making a noise it shouldn't be making and the air isn't cold. James was great, there was no sales pressure and they even picked me up from the airport. I would definitely go back and I have already recommended them to friends and family because they were brilliant.

From personal experience good, positive feedback really helps. Put another way, I'd buy from Sutherland again with doubt.

Really good service. The staff were perfect they sorted everything out. I honestly can't think of anything I'd improve about my experience.

I was really impressed with them. Very attentive, nice, kind and personable. The AC needed a regas and I rang them to let them know and they fixed it the next day, and the mats didn't arrive in time but they sent them out to me as soon as they arrived which was great. Honestly it's the best service I've had for a long time.

No problems whatsoever. Customer service was great, I've already had 3 cars from them so far which shows how good they are.

Fantastic service. We came from the Isle of Wight and they're in Bristol. They even paid for the taxi for us to get there, We didn't want lots of time spent on it, we just wanted to pay for it and go, and honestly the process was completed in about 40 minutes which was great. The car is in stunning condition, we're totally happy with it, They are in a beautiful area of the country, so I highly recommend exploring the area whilst you're shopping for a car. The only observation I can make is that the car comes with a 3 month warranty but I forgot to ask about it and they didn't mention it. We would happily buy there again and would recommend them to anyone else.

Overall service was absolutely spot on. It's a lot lower than I'm used to (I'm used to a Discovery) but i'm enjoying using the vehicle. Excellent 5 stars, Absolute pleasure to deal with.
