2 weeks in to having my car and it's been absolutely fine. I've used it as much as I've wanted to and haven't had any issues.

10 out of 10 for the team at Lottbridge Motoring Centre Ltd. I'm more than happy with the customer service. I drove away in a Vauxhall Mokka and I'm really pleased with it.

So far I'm getting on fine with my Fiat 500. I'm just waiting to hear back about a spare key that the team said they'll sort for me but otherwise everything has been all good. I can't remember the salesman name but I had no problems and when I asked a question about the mileage, he was able to give me an explanation that I was satisfied with.

I’ve just bought a VW Polo from this dealership, and I’ve got to say—it was so easy. Seriously, from the moment I picked up the phone to when I drove off in my car, everything was spot-on. Damon and Gary, the lads at the dealership—what can I say? Proper nice fellas. You know the type, always having a laugh but also making sure you’re sorted. It was like talking to your friends who just happen to know everything about cars. They didn’t rush me, they didn’t pressure me—none of that—and they went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with everything. I felt like they were treating me like I was buying a Ferrari, not a VW Polo Anyway, everything went swimmingly. If you’re after a car and you want it to be as easy as popping down to the chippy for your tea, you need to go and see Damon and Gary. Top lads, and they’ll sort you out like you’re one of their own.

We recently purchased a Volkswagen Polo for my daughter, who is learning to drive. The entire staff at Lottbridge Motor Centre was lovely and polite. They seemed to be teaching me how to drive the car rather than selling it to me. They did not rush me, pressure me, or laugh when I asked if the Polo could also be used to teach my daughter how to park. Overall, a positive experience.

Things are going wonderfully with my Toyota Yaris—it's been running great and hasn’t skipped a beat since I bought it from Lottbridge Motoring Centre last month. This is actually our second purchase from them, as my husband’s car also came from here, and we’ve been impressed both times. The team at Lottbridge Motoring Centre is always helpful and professional, and it’s clear they offer great cars that stand the test of time. I can confidently give them a solid five stars!

Five-star service from beginning to end. The salesperson who assisted me was extremely professional and gave me all of the time I needed to decide whether or not to purchase the car. Nothing felt rushed. Overall, I am very satisfied with my Skoda.

Damon was excellent; he was very friendly and went out of his way to help with anything that we needed during the purchase of our Ford B-Max.
