Purchased a BMW from NWA.
Got to the showroom at 12.30 pm, after a 5 hour train ride from South Wales, I was expecting to pick the car up and drive home hoping to get home around 7 ish. When I arrived there they told me my car was still on the ramp needing a part fitting to it. Then after 6 hours waiting in the office my car was ready. Realy took the enjoyment out of picking up a new car, got home at 12.30am, the only good thing is that the car is great

Superb. I called in on the off chance and came out with a great car. Everything was explained to me about the deal very thoroughly and there was no rush or pressure despite the fact that they were busy. Very impressed ,and the car is superb too.

Don’t buy off these people they rip u off to fuck I traded my car in against a zafira which they told me it had all jobs done on it which was bullshit after only having it for a week I found it needed about 10 jobs doing took it back n got ripped off with my refund and was told that I couldn’t even have my car back they told me I could only have a refund of what I paid for the zafira who was £2000 grand and when I took it back they said they taking off the £2000 pound £1.75 a mile however many miles I had done and took off me £187.50 apparently which was a load of shit also took £100 for valeting and £150 for admin fees then I had to wait I don’t know how long for my refund and only got £1300 back out of £2000 so don’t use these robbing fuckers cos u will get ripped off

I've brought two cars from North West Autos and all work was done as stated and to the highest standards. I noticed a slow puncture within a few days on my purchase, spoke to Bash and he sorted the issue out straight away. These a nicest guys you could ever deal with. Purchase your next car without hesitation!!!

Good afternoon,
We are truly sorry for the whole situation, we accepted your return due to a few minor faults which occurred after purchase, you had an issue with your exhaust and a central door locking motor, we were fair and only deducted a small amount for what we are legally aloud to do and both parties agreed on.
We deducted for fair usage, damage to the car and a full valet, as the car was returned to us in a very poor condition.
Your P/X was sold before you requested for a refund, hence that wasn't available, but we gave you back all the monies for that.
A payment was made to you on the day that you returned the documents.
We are struggling to understand why your feedback is so harsh and negative.

Give loads of attention to you when selling a car, like bees round a honey pot but go back with a fault and put you through great inconvenience. Every time leaving you waiting in the showroom until you make a fuss. Very show repairs taking weeks for what should be routine and so on.
When I bought a car they hadn't repaired three faults they said they were going to repair after having the car a week before I was to collect. Had to take it back for a further week. A month or so later the repair on a wiring loom came back. You can see how this goes!

I recently bought a superb Audi TT off Abby and Kam who I found to be very helpful, open and respectful.
Having read the odd bad review amongst the many brilliant reviews, I decided to have my new purchase checked out by our family garage because, no matter how nice Abby and Kam appeared, I really didn't know them.
I would just like to confirm that everything Abby and Kam said had been done with my TT before I picked it up had 100% been done.
I have now had this car nearly a month and I am absolutely delighted with it.

Bought a Mercedes from North West Autos recently and the car Is great. Very helpful staff Abby, Cam , Jimmy all great.
Used the garage for many years now as well as the rest of the family always willing to go the extra mile to sort anything.
Would recommend to anybody looking at buying a car.
