I must say the entire customer journey with Essex Prestige was perfect. I really can't fault any aspect of my experience from the moment I turned up to collecting the cars and having the keys in my hand. Each step of the journey truly was professional, friendly, and ran like clockwork. So, just a big thank you from me for the amazing experience, and the car isn't too shabby either! Love driving my new Merc Benz E-Class.

I do have to say that the service provided was second to none, very efficient, smooth, and quite frankly faultless. The Ford Ranger is doing exactly what I needed the car to do work-wise, and that is to tow. I am yet to come across any issues, so I am a very happy customer. 😊

Appearance was the key factor in the purchase of my new Mercedes E-Class. I just find the car very aesthetically appealing. As soon as I saw the car on Auto Trader, I knew this was the perfect make and model for me. It then became a waiting game to find the right one to pop up locally that was affordable, had great mileage, and was in pristine condition. So, when the right car popped up at Essex Prestige, I knew I had to go and buy the car. Being such a reputable company, I was under no illusions about the quality of the car. On going to the dealership The place ran like clockwork, they provided brilliant service from start to finish. The staff were very helpful, knowledgeable, and clearly well trained. So, it's easy to give them full marks, for such high standards.

On arrival, I wasn't sure which make and model would be right for me, but the staff worked hard to make sure they found the perfect, spacious car for me. There was no pushiness during the viewing or test drive, and the paperwork went as smoothly as possible. I felt relaxed through the whole experience and would recommend to anyone in the area. After looking on Autotrader, I found an Audi RS3 with Essex Prestige. Niall and Victor showed me around the dealership, and knew the car I wanted inside and out. They were extremely friendly and eager to share their knowledge. The RS3 was immaculately presented and every feature was explained in detail. Essex Prestige exceeded my expectations, in every aspect, and will most definitely be looking through the vast stock options again at Essex prestige, when it comes time for my next upgrade.

After looking online, I found my dream Range Rover at Essex Prestige. Niall was nothing short of brilliant, helping me through the whole process, from the initial viewing of the car, to the explanation of all the cars, additional functions of which I was extremely pleased with, to finally filling out paperwork.
