So far I can't knock my Ford Focus it's been a brilliant car and I think it was a very fair deal for a low milage car. It's taking a little bit of getting use to with it being an automatic because I've not owned one since the 80s and a lot has changed since then. When I visited the dealership I felt very well looked after, and I found Richard very informative when answering all of my questions.

Alex and Daisy were great at their job. There was no pressure while looking for a car and they also gave me what they offered over the phone for my car. I had travelled down from Nottingham but it was worth the 3 hour trip.

From the moment I enquired about the Volkswagen Golf I was very impressed with how professional and polite Joshua was. He even got me from the train station which was really nice of him because it saved me a lot of bother. As for the Golf that I ended up driving away with, it's been a brilliant car and I'm very happy with it.

Since driving away I have had 1 teething issue with my car but the service team have been really helpful and responsive to get the car booked in and sorted, so I can't complain. So before, during and after the sale I can't complain and touch wood I don't have any more issues because I love my Volvo XC90.
