I literally couldn't have asked for any better customer service, the staff were so helpful, really friendly and polite. I bought a Audi A4, it's great. I've managed to get out and about lots since buying and its perfect, really enjoyable to drive. The price was good considering the car's age and mileage, really impressed, I will certainly buy from Hearsall Common Car Sales in the future.

I didn't get the usual dealer experience with buying a car during lockdown, I purchased online and over the phone and then collected it. However, what I did get was; 5* customer service, accommodating staff, and a beautiful BMW 116!! I'm really enjoying the car, I'm using it daily and its just great! Cannot fault the staff at all, the remained professional, very very friendly and nice to speak to. They provided a smooth transaction and very safe hand over. I'm impressed, I would happily use Hearsall Common Car Sales in the future.

I can't fault these chaps at all, I bought a Jaguar XF and the car is absolutely fantastic, I've waiting a long time for this car - and I'm over the moon with it!! It was a bit weird buying during these times, but the dealer did what they could to ensure a smooth, easy and 'as normal as possible' process. When I collected the car, there was an issue with the passenger side indicator, the dealer replaced the whole unit for me, they sorted it very quickly. I will buy from here again in the future, I have no reason not too!

Considering the difficult circumstances currently, the dealer did a great job of providing top class service whilst keeping staff and customers safe. The hand over was really smooth, quick and simple, they did it very well. Timing was spot on, everything ready for me on time, no waiting around. The Fiesta ST is really good, its a very nice car, drives nicely, comfortable inside and soon shifts when needed. I cant fault it all. Very happy with car and dealership over-all.

I've never bought a car blind before, I was a bit nervous as I would have liked to test drive it, but when I was in contact with the dealer they sent me pictures, and gave me all the details and history of the car. They were really helpful over the phone, we organised a day to collect and when I collected it, it was ready on time, it was really clean and it was just as described. I'm really happy with the Golf, it's such a nice car. I'm glad I trusted Hearsall Common car sales, they did not disappoint.

I literally cannot fault Hearsall Common Car Sales what so ever, they were fantastic with me first the get go! I had been looking around and looked at a few different garages before-hand and I felt very pressured and like the dealers was pushy, when I got to Hearsall, they were so relaxed and polite and left me alone to look over the car. Stuart said, don't worry fi you don't like it, we can look around another car, he answered all questions and was just generally a nice chap. I had a budget in mind, and I'd seen a Volkswagen Polo, and I automatically fell in love with it, it was slightly over my budget but the dealership lowered the price slightly so I could still buy it, they gave me a cracking price on my part ex. Just really accommodating and putting the customer first, I will 100% be back to this dealer to buy my next car in the future, and I will be recommending to everybody. Since buying the Polo its been absolutely amazing, I'm constantly finding excuses to nip out just so I can drive it some more. Brilliant customer service, amazing car and the nicest staff!
