Regarding the van, when I first got it, there was a problem with the AdBlue system. However, Time Motors were very good people, polite and professional. If it hadn’t been for the AdBlue issue, it would have been a five-star experience.

The Ford Focus that i purchased from time motors has been good, regarding the customer service at the dealership i can not complain.

I am very much enjoying my new Renault Trafic. it is a great drive around and I haven't got one complaint about it. All the guys at Time Motors were helpful it was a great service that they provided to me. again no complaints. the whole process and experience has been perfect. 5 out of 5 stars all the way!

I came across Time Motors online after looking for a VW Transporter specifically. I was pleased when I saw it in person as it was exactly as pictured and described online, there was nothing hidden from me. All the staff that I spoke to were all friendly and helpful there was no pressure or pushiness. I am really happy with my new van it is great, lots of room and a great drive.

4.7, the service I received from the salesman John was great, honest and down to earth, (which unfortunately seems not so popular in the uk nowadays) he listened as much as he spoke, the van is really good just what I was looking and hoping for, only dropped 0.3 a point as I had to wait 10 days to get it, but John worked to resolve my inquiries & did required extra work to make the van even better than I initially thought

I went for a Transporter van from Time Motors. Ben helped me initially, but it was Jon who helped finish the transaction and got everything sorted. Both of the guys were helpful and easy to get along with. I did feel that the customer service on the phones could be improved, as it was hard to get a hold of the dealership sometimes. However, once I got through, they were straight on it and there to help. I have given the VW a good few run-around journeys now, and I am happy with the way it is performing.

I saw the van I was looking for online at Time Motors, and they weren’t too far away from me. I went to view it, and Jon helped me straight away, being professional and not overbearing, but still answering my questions and giving me everything I needed. I am really happy with the service that was provided by the dealership, and I am also really happy with my new vehicle. I am only driving it here and there at the moment while I still get used to it. But for my first time at this dealership, I was impressed and would definitely go back in the future.

Jon was really helpful with the purchase of the Audi A3. He was friendly, and any questions I had, he would answer for me. I wasn't waiting around and felt that there was no pressure from Jon. The car was cleaned and valeted for me, and overall, I am happy with my experience.
