This is my third car from Concept Car Credit, and I will be back again in around 2 and half years for my next. I always deal with Laura, and she is brilliant. She is always on hand to help, and will always go out of her way to make sure we are 100% happy with the car and figures etc. I'm loving the new car, it's exactly as described, its lovely to drive and was very clean and tidy when I collected. I highly recommend Concept Car Credit.

I went to Concept Car Credit to look at an A Class, I wasn't 100% sure of what I wanted, but when I saw the car, that was the one. I wanted it, and Concept said they could get things sorted within the next couple of days for me - they did. I was really impressed with the speed they work at and how helpful they was during the sale. I love the Merc, its amazing to drive, I'm really enjoying it. I would defo go back to Concept when I need another car, the customer service was perfect and the car is AMAZING! Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, Concept Car Credit looked after me, everybody there was friendly and welcoming and very helpful. They was perfect from start to finish. I felt safe on site with the measures in place. Social distancing, sanitisers are available everywhere, masks are worn by all individual and after every customer visit, the place is cleaned and wiped down - I saw this first hand, they have gone above and beyond to ensure their showroom is Covid-19 safe for their staff and customers. It was a quick and easy procedure and once I decided on the car I wanted, the salesman sorted everything from there. The car is lovely, and I'm really happy with my purchase! Highly recommend!

I can't believe the difference from my old car to the Vauxhall Astra I've just bought, its not brand new, but only a few years old and its amazing. It's really smooth to drive, very techy inside, and it just feels lovely, I've really enjoyed driving it since buying. The customer service was perfect, everybody was kind and welcoming. Jamie was really helpful and knowledgeable, gave me everything I needed to know about the car. I'm really glad I found Concept Car Credit and decided to buy here, I will be back when I'm ready for another.

Really happy with The BMW 320D, it was straight forward buying the car from Concept Car Credit. It was quick, easy and they had everything sorted when they said they would. I did experience a few mechanical faults shortly after purchasing and Concept got this sorted within a couple of days for me, I was really impressed. I would recommend and gladly buy again myself.

I love the Nissan Note I purchased, its the perfect little car for me and I'm made up with it. Its really nice to drive, its an easy car to function. Kieran was absolutely fantastic, he really did everything he could to get me in the car. He helped me with the finance side of things and sorted all the documents out, he went above and beyond. I will use Concept Car Credit again the future, and I'll defo recommend them moving forward.

We was looking for an upgrade, and we came across a Ford S-Max with Concept, it seemed very fairly priced. I phoned to enquire on the car and from the first initial contact Concept were fantastic all the way through to driving away. The director sent me photo's of the car and ran through all the details with me over the phone. I decided to buy the car on the basis of photo's and information given - I was not disappointed. I am over 2 hours away from Bolton so it was quite a risk to take. When I collected the car I was made up, the photo's did not do it justice, its even better than described. The S-Max is by far the best purchase I've made in a long time. I can't recommend Concept Car Credit enough, I will certainly be back when I'm ready for another car, it will be the first place I look.
