I recently purchased a Polo and I'm happy to report that everything is running smoothly so far. The car is fine and I'm enjoying driving it. While I can't remember the names of the individuals I dealt with, I found the customer service to be amazing, attentive and relaxed. I interacted with two guys, and both of them were equally great in assisting me throughout the process. Everything went smoothly with my purchase, and I would confidently rate my experience a 5 out of 5. The car is performing well, the customer service was top-notch, and I had a positive experience overall.
