I've been really pleased with my Mercedes Benz C-Class from Motor Warehouse Ltd. I've not had one issue with the car since driving it away. My first visit was just to browse, and the second time I went in, I ended up buying my Mercedes. What stood out to me was the excellent customer service and the fact that I was not pressured to make a purchase. Both visits were incredibly relaxed, making the whole experience enjoyable. Definitely deserving of a 5-star rating!

My dad took charge of most of the process because he knows a lot more about cars than me, but I was really pleased with how the team handled the sale. Everything was done quickly, and everyone we spoke to was really professional.

It's hard to find an upfront dealership, but Mo was spot on when I asked about the Ford Ka for sale. He explained everything about the car, from top to bottom, and I had a lot of confidence in what he was telling me. His honesty is greatly appreciated.

A long-overdue review... I've had my car for a couple of months now, and I'm in love with my Kia! I did have a small issue with the battery, but once I called up and explained this, the sales team was quick to get it resolved. It has been a good couple of weeks since it was resolved, and it hasn't shown any signs of the issue coming back. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to this dealership in the future.

This was the first time purchasing a car from here, I went for the Hyundai I10. The car is spot on! It really helped that I took the car out for a test drive before I purchased it because I got a real feel for the car. I was going to rate my experience a 4, but I honestly wouldn't have changed anything about my visit, so it has to be 5*.
