We recently purchased a Range Rover Evoque from Junction 17. Everything is going well with the car so far, and we are happy with our choice. My wife saw the car initially online, and we drove to the dealership to view it. The dealership was about an hour away from us. When we went to view the car, we were pleased to see that it was the same as online, with no hidden surprises. The only fault I can give the dealership was the initial waiting around. We sat at the dealership for quite some time, as some others also were. I am not sure if there was a heavy flow of customers or some sort of delay we were unaware of, but the second time we went to pick up the car, the experience was a lot smoother and quicker. The car was nice and clean, and all ready to go and be taken home.

This was my first time going to Junction 17, and everything was exactly as it appeared online—nothing was hidden or surprising when I got to the dealership. I did have to come back a week later to take the car, as it needed an MOT, but they sorted all of this for me. The dealership itself was presentable and welcoming. When you enter, the guys come straight up to you—there’s no waiting around. When I did pick up the car a week later, it was all ready to go with no problems, and it had been cleaned. Overall, I give my experience a 4/5. I would definitely come back in the future if they had a car I wanted, and I would recommend them to people in the area.

He was friendly and helpful, getting me the best price. I saw the car on Autotrader after looking around for a little while, and when I went to see it in person, it was exactly as it was described, with nothing hidden. Great first-time experience with Junction 17! The whole process was perfect. I saw the Ford Mustang online and went to see it in person. When I saw the car, it was even better than in the photos, no hidden surprises or any faults that I wasn't aware of. The guys at the dealership were super helpful and put no pressure on the sale at all. They let me take the car for a test drive, and they have another 30-odd Mustangs at the dealership. They let me take my time looking around, but ultimately, I knew which car I wanted and went for it. When I went to pick it up, the car was immaculately clean. I couldn't be happier with the car and Junction 17 and would 100% go back in the future. Thank you, guys :)

I couldn't recommend Junction 17 enough. We bought my husband's car from the dealership last year, and he has had no problems with it. So, when I was looking for a new car for myself, it felt right to go back to Junction 17 since we knew they were a reliable dealership. I previously had a Smart car, but I didn't like the shape of the new ones, so I decided to go with a Mini Hatch. I am really enjoying the car, as this is the first Mini I've had, and I would highly recommend it. When my husband went to pick up the car for me, it had been cleaned and prepared for us. The only thing I can fault is that the service light hadn't turned off, even though the service had been done. However, we managed to get the car back into the dealership and everything was swiftly sorted. Although I hope I don't need a new car for a long time, I would 100% go back in the future, and so would my husband. I couldn't recommend the guys enough—really happy for a second time around!
