I am really enjoying the Mercedes that me and my husband recently purchased. The car itself is absolutely lovely, it is really comfortable to drive and convenient, everything is where it should be and more then enough space inside the car. Its been reliable and has not caused any issues up to now, it seems like a all round top car! The customer service was fantastic from Harry, he was really friendly and gave us lot of knowledge about the car. We would definitely recommend Prestige Cars to others, in particular, Harry he was outstanding!!

I had a really lovely experience when recently buying my Tesla from Prestige Cars in Kent. I was dealing with Adam who in a fountain of knowledge, there wasn't a question he couldn't answer. Nothing was too much trouble and everything I requested they got sorted so overall, a really positive experience. I would highly recommend, and will definitely be using these again when I am after my next vehicle.

I originally went to PCK for a Mercedes, the car is beautiful, however, after a week of driving the car I realised that it was too fast for me, far too fast, I didn't feel I could handle the car as well as I'd like to. Feeling apprehensive I contacted Harry who I dealt with and explained the situation... Harry and the team were so understanding and I feel they wanted to get me in a different car more suited to my needs. I had a nosey around the stock and liked the look of a BMW that had a smaller engine. PCK were absolutely brilliant and more than happy to do the swap for me. I honestly can't thank everybody enough, a prime example of how dealerships should sell cars... I happily pass my recommendations to anybody thinking of buying a car here, DO IT!

5 stars all round for the service provided by Leanne, she was a great help and looked after me very well during the purchase. Any questions I had, she answered, she was a real pleasure to deal with. My Range Rover is a wonderful vehicle and is better than I imagined it to be, it is so comfortable and is a lot of fun to drive. Without a doubt I will definitely be returning, it was a great experience.

A really nice and friendly dealership to deal with, everybody I came across was great, but mainly - Leanne. she answered every call and message very quickly and was always there to help me. So far so good, I am loving my Audi, lovely vehicle, in a very impressive condition. I would happily return and have already recommended to a few friends of mine.

So happy with the BMW that I got from this dealership. Sound car, drives nicely and looks very good too. It had been cleaned very well when I went to collect it, it was really clean and tidy, they made it super shiny and polished, its been a job keeping it to that standard haha! Really nice people to deal with, the service Harry provided was so good, he always made sure I understood everything and was happy with the details and finance deal. If I ever called and he wasn't available, he almost immediately called me back, I was grateful for his great communication and updates. My Range Rover is such a lovely car I absolutely love it. Over the moon and defo thanks to Prestige Cars - I would recommend.

What a really nice dealership Prestige Cars Kent are, although all of the staff there are so helpful I dealt with Harry and he is an absolute credit to the company! He sold me a Volvo in a really nice condition, he made sure the valet was through, it even had that brand new car smell which is just the cherry on top for me! I'm really chuffed with its condition and will be keeping it for a fair few years, but when the time comes I will definitely be using Harry again!

I bought a very luxurious F type from here a couple of weeks ago. The car is a dream and I thoroughly enjoy driving it. Unfortunately I did discover an issue with the car. Luke was quick to rectify the issue very quickly and with no quibbles at all. He got it up to the standards that it should've been so I cannot complain. I understand that when buying a second hand car not everything is perfect, but its how they handle it that becomes important. Everything was handled fantastically, simple and straight forward and they always had my interest at the forefront. Thanks, Paul.
