Very appreciative of Andy's customer service. I thought he was very friendly and he was happy to answer any questions we had about the Volkswagen UP. After taking the car out for a quick test drive, I was happy to go ahead with it. Other than having trouble tuning the radio, I like the car.

The team at Williams Motor Company has been absolutely brilliant. Andy mentioned that the car was missing a parcel shelf but as part of the agreement, he was happy to get a replacement ordered which should arrive any time now. While I was at the dealership, it was nice to be offered a test drive of the Audi before going ahead with it, as it allowed me to make sure the decision I was making was the right one. Since driving away, the car has been perfect and I'm very happy with it.

For the time since I've owned my Peugeot 108 I've not had any problems with the car and it has been used every day for my commute to work. I can't remember the salesman's name because I wasn't in the dealership for very long. It was a quick and smooth process, which resulted in me driving the car away on the same day. I wouldn't change anything about my visit.

Williams Motor Company is a great dealership to get a car from. I think the gentleman was Andy who looked after me on the day and I can't fault his sales approach. Throughout, I thought he was friendly and simple to deal with. At no point did I feel he was putting any pressure on me to commit to the 208, it was just a relaxed approach. There is a little squeaking coming from the brakes, so this is something I will keep an eye on and contact the guys if needed.

The new Mitsubishi is lovely, and I’m thoroughly enjoying it. To my knowledge, I can’t think of anything wrong with it. This was my first purchase, and I found the exact car I was looking for online with these guys.
The service was spot on. They accurately showed the car’s condition and provided excellent customer service. They even stayed open for me to complete the test drive as I was stuck in traffic when on the way. The deal was fair, and they made sure I understood everything clearly.
