Service contract not honoured

Due to the lockdown, and the flooding at their Treforest Ind Est site, I was unable to get my car serviced on the agreed date. After trying to rearrange a new date, to no satisfaction, they now won't honour the contract because they state that it's date has lapsed. BECAUSE THEY PREVENTED ACCESS TO ME!!!!!!!! How's that for customer service?????
