Worst service ever

Hi I have with Mercedes for nearly 16years and I would like to think I am a valuable costumer to the business but lately I have had a few issues with my c class the service and receptionist for Mercedes Manchester central was so far the worst experience I have ever had there is one guy in there who has been very helpful he’s name ali and he deserves a big praise I have still on going issues my car is there now have a fuel sensor change left with no car having to taxi it everywhere after them saying they will get me a car from hire company because they do not have any loan cars I will cut it shor I have so much more to say but will leave it for now avoid going there it will be my last time I ever go there
