Contacted trust ford ballymena with a view to purchasing a new car. I got an email from one of their sales reps telling me they could only offer me £2500 for my car due to the mileage? I paid them £5100 cash for the car less than a year ago, the car had some minor damage to the rear passenger door, the wheel arch and a door handle on the drivers side was badly gouged. These gave all been professionally repaired. I've put less than 5k miles on the car in a year. The car is absolutely mint inside and out. I decided to chase up some other trade in valuations, 5 in total, lowest trade price was £3325, the highest being £4050. Given that "trust" Ford have actually seen the car and offered £2500 I'm not at all surprised that they are at the bottom of the used car sales league in the UK. Sold the car for 5.2k yesterday.
