Christmas present

Bought a car for my mother-in-law for Xmas from M5 Auto when asked for the service history they couldn't provide it, so when I got back with the car sent it to an AA garage to be serviced and checked. The garage came back with a long list of issues wrong with the car that require doing as a matter of urgency, they are refusing to carry out any of the works, so am taking it up with the citizens advice because businesses like this should be shut down in this day and age it is giving the car industry a bad name
