A very, very bad experience.

What a shower this Dealership is, it takes me back to the 1960/1970 when car dealerships we’re shysters. We have dealt with the Chesterfield Dealership for 10 years, whilst things are going ok all is well, but if a problem raises it’s head that’s when you have a big problem. Their Customer Services Department is zero Simon Owen was a grumpy and unhelpful fellow, obviously in the wrong job. I can count on 4 fingers the members of staff at the Chesterfield Volvo Stoneacre Dealership who were honest with my husband and I, the rest well they just made excuses and were very unhelpful. Trying to reach higher management at this Dealership was impossible on more than one occasion did staff say they were in a meeting and they would ring us back, 18 months later we are still waiting. The problem with the vehicle was when changing from 3 to 2 gear the car just stopped, very unnerving, they say it is a characteristic of the car Also an independent inspector says the same thing, what Manufacturer develops a vehicle that just stops. Well, I say I was given two years to live from my hospital Consultant and I think that was a better deal than driving this v60, which could wipe us out at anytime. Near will I ever get into another Volvo car not even a taxi and never will I ever buy any other car from any Stoneacre Dealership again, they do not know the meaning of Loyalty although they use the word quite a lot. They have a lot to learn about Customer Care, but I doubt anything will ever change.
