Unsafe vehicle and poor customer service
Think hard before buying from them. I purchased a car in December 2020, initial sale went ok, they offered delivery which helped do business during COVID restrictions. First sign of trouble was when the car turned up with 150 more miles on it and delivery driver who drove it to me rather than flatbed wanted a lift to the nearest train station. When I drove the car myself there were noises coming from the braking system. They told me to take it to a local garage and they would pay for the repairs. It needed new discs and pads all round, rear were scored, front discs were worn and it was not safe. Due to the fact it was going to cost over £700 to put it right they quite quickly stopped being helpful and started messing the garage and me around saying they would send their own parts and did not want to pay all the labour. They only covered part of the costs in the end leaving me well out of pocket. I will be recovering the rest via small claims.
