Just a phone call

I have had 3 new mercedes all from Croydon first 2 the sales and the servicing top class. The 3rd car went down hill dramatically was handed over the keys on a piece of string . I said I would not have another m/b and a friend said it's not the car it's the dealerships to which was true. I now have an order with m/b Dartford just as bad no communication and after 15 weeks the order has not been sent to the factory. In they end I phoned 4 dealership they either did not answer or said leave your name and number for someone to get back to you, WELL 5 TH TIME LUCKY PHONED BRIGHTON M/B THEY PICKED UP THE PHONE AND DIRECTED ME TO THE SALES PERSON . HOLLY SO PROFESSIONAL. So I know so many complaints on reviews but this dealership is good. Karl and Bertha Benz would be inbarest with they other dealerships. And would tip a wink to Brighton M/B
