Dreadful, do not use!

Purchased a Jaguar F type in February, sales team were very professional and lulled me into a false sense of optimism. There were issues with the internal trim, I was told that the car wo7ld be needed for a full day and it was booked in for April. Ahead of taking the car in it became due for service and so both activities were planned on the same day. On collecting the car I picked up the keys and went to leave, then noticed that nothing on the trim had been touched. On going back in I was told, “oh yes, we didn’t have time you will need to rebook” Not impressed but little choice. It’s now January 2021 and no emails or messages have been returned. Took a call yesterday from them asking if I wanted an MOT test... Very frustrating conversation, apparently none of the individuals I tried to contact are now there and they have no means to redirect or add a bounce back message to emails. Pathetic, a fourteen year old would be able to sort their IT. During the conversation I mentioned a further problem with the book locking and that it needed looking at in what remains of the warranty period, appears I have to sign up for £175 diagnostic fee in case they decide it’s not under warranty. Apparently Service Manager is to call me back, we shall see, not hopeful!
