Unprofessional Abusive Avoid like Plague

I was in the process of buying a car from this terrible company. I too had a lucky escape. I have never come across how unprofessional and rude this joker Jay is. He verbally sent abusive and swearing emails with intolerable language. Why run a company if you can not even speak and give customer service. I would avoid this company like the plague. God knows what would have happened if i parted with my money. I will personally pay him a visit when I am next up his woods and see how brave this jerk is to say swears to my face.
