The pre sale went well it's just the after sales where they let themselves down. They told me my part exchanged car would be sold at auction hence the price they were giving but we found it advertised on their website at £2000 more. They only gave me one key and it took 6 weeks of sending me a few wrong keys for me to get one that worked. Generally they just need to improve their post sales service.
