Poor customer experience
Easy purchase but the dealer was very rude over the phone and in person when I took the car back with a report from a specialist showing there were thousands of pounds of repairs required, including some dangerous defects. Several defects should've been picked up in a recent MOT, which casts a lot of doubt on the trustworthiness of the MOT received from the business next door to this dealer... Ensure you pay on a credit card or a refund may not be easy from here. The car in question is back on the website, Honda CRV RJ07 RXR - check the clutch (stiff, needs replacing), alignment (new parts fitted poorly, with loose wheel bolts!) and warning lights (needs a new airbag system). Update: dealer has had my review on AutoTrader removed, then called me to "apologise", but instead took the opportunity to argue what was actually said. I told him he shouldn't have called if that was his intention and that I would update the review with the interaction.
