Treatment by van sales staff was terribl

After purchasing a new van, I bought it back in for some warranty work and its first major service, The service staff were nice and polite, but the van sales people behaved terrible towards me and treated me terribly, even insulting me. The service was carried out with many corners cut, that I had to book it back vis the nice service manager, who rectified the problems. Still waiting for an apology from the sales people involved. It seems once they've had your money then they don't care...
