Service damaged a new car

I am going for the fourth time to fix a faulty camera in a new car on warranty. Other Volvo certified garage discovered that someone trying to fix it previously did the damage for approximately £1000, which is not covered by warranty. I don't recommend them, especially the service. It seems they don't have the knowledge or they try to hide what they have done. I wouldn't employ anyone from this service.
