Great service bringing the car to my door but I had such a nightmare with them paying my car off. After nearly 3 weeks of constant phone calls, emails and going to head office it finally got paid, The salesman said it was paid well before it had been. Funny thing is Brian (Manager) had said I wouldn’t let you drive away in your car purchased if I hadn’t received payment for it. Pot calling the kettle black? I think so... as I was left with my old car still on finance as well as new one. In my eyes they would have been hoping to sell the car before settling the finance. Dodgy. I’v never had this issue with Arnold Clark at Seafield Rd, Edinburgh.
