Awful customer service

My experience with eclipse automotive was awful. At the start everything was great the man over the phone answered our questions then just before our purchase we requested a live viewing of the car through the phone and email and the man over the phone said we will get it within an hour then live video didn’t come through with no more information even though he guaranteed us we will even though he insisted a deposit down prior to our request to a live viewing, we proceeded to make a phone call the day after and the man Wasent as pleasant and ended the call without say anything all we had is that he will “look into it” then we called another 5 times no answer and after we got our answer and we asked why did he end the call and if we will get out live viewing, he was very rude and proceeded to ask us if we can get to the point and not argue and even after the disrespectful customer service we still asked about the live viewing and we haven’t received any information after that. Absolutely awful customer service no respect for customers.
