Very disappointed waiting over 2h for changing oil where has been informed that services not will take a more than 1h from 7:50 till 10 nothing's has been done... Staff hasn't informed me at all what happen with wife car. No face covering and social distancing due to pandemic restriction. Customer services not deserved even 1 star from out five. Staff are very usless and rude. They not care about customers... Ford Basingstoke never again ...
