Poor car prep

Just bought a 16 plate grand Cherokee from Jeff White. Had a long conversation with the sales guy, got sent some pictures I asked for but overall this is Not a place where they do quality prep in cars. The price was ok, I’d gone 3hrs by train to get the car so went ahead anyway, but the car was pretty scruffy inside, it took me a couple of hours of work to get the obsess to scratch (and remove all of the trim scratches. I wouldn’t expect to do that on a £20k+ car
