Very unhelpful when problems occur

Bought an expensive vehicle,which came with incorrect service record`s and when there was problems could not care less.Constant problems with vehicle. Geraint Jones would not take the vehicle back as a part exchange. Had bought two vehicles from this dealer and refused to take either back as a part exchange.This is the first dealer in 30 years I have ever come across that would not take there own supplied vehicles back.
