Brought a vaxuall zafira

Brought vaxuall zafira reg dv08zjj on 22nd december paid for delivery got the car took it on a drive after drop off and the clutch had gone I messaged straight the way and thought they were a genuine company but nick gave nothing but attitude abuse I was told all paperwork had been posted which was a lie as delivery driver said he forgot to grab after arguing he offered 200 pound for a 600 pound job and refused more after telling him I'm taking it further and more abuse he then said he would collect it and get his mechanic to fix it on which I didnt think it was trust worthy so said if he paid repair I'd getit done here he refused told me not to contact him again and then more abuse he finally collected today 28.12.20 with the clutch still un fix and put it straight back on forecourt to resell please beware there con and also seem nice before you buy a veichle but arrogantabusive and very rude once you have and identify problems also the radio was not working either none of this was stating in post please avoid these still no paper work or nothing signed to stay I had purchased the car. I will be contacting trading standards and vosa to get these checked as they can not re sell the veichle knowing the clutch and stereo is broken have all messages proof please people every carefull
