After purchasing a new car from Stoneacre 12 months ago 2019 and being more than happy with the excellent service we received we decided we would look no further when buying our next car. Now one year late we contacted Ms Karen McAteer (The original sales person ) from 12 months ago to see if she had in stock the exact car we were looking for .After taken all the details down of our requirements a few days later I was contacted by Ms McAteer with details of the exact car we asked her to lookout for. I was sent a large number of photos and history documents of the car which I asked for .All of this was done by email due to myself working away from home in Equitorial Guinea .after speaking to my wife we decided to go ahead and purchase the car even though I was not in the country Ms McAteer again completed the transaction and the car would to be ready to picked up on my return to the UK on the 19th of December . I also had a few other requirements (transfer of a cherished number plate and a tow bar fitted) again this was all completed prior to my return . To make things easy for me to pickup the car Ms McAteer offered to pick my self up from the Airport at Birmingham drive me back to my home in Lincoln and she would return in the car we traded in .However due to a flight cancellation my return was delayed by 8 hours meaning It was 10pm at night before I would arrive I therefore contacted Ms McAteer to say I would make arrangements to collect the car the following day on speaking to Ms McAteer she said it was no problem and she would be at the airport as originally arranged be it 8 hours later. I would therefore like to thank Ms Karren McAteer and all staff at Stoneacre Stafford for Excellent service and a hassle free transaction Dave Jamieson
