Fantastic help and service

23rd December at 7am my son was told by RAC that he needed a new engine. He was stuck in Worcester working for a supermarket at the busiest time of year, we couldn't hire a car as all booked out for xmas and needed to get to work again the following day. I saw the fiesta on facebook market place and knew it would be perfect. From the first phone call with Tracy to all my dealing with Simon, they made what looked like the impossible happen. By late morning the sale was completed and despite having Christmas eve off work, Simon met my son at 8am so he could pick up the car. Without this fantastic service I'm not sure what we would have done. I would thoroughly recommend Steels for the excellent service they provide
