Called on a Friday morning to arrange a test drive of a convertible, did the deal there and then, Nick arranged for the car to be serviced that afternoon so that we could take it later that day. Called Nick with a couple of small technical problems the next day, popped it back over to him, problem solved and one replacement part ordered for fitting. Can hardly believe the "bad" reviews on here relate to the same company. Have nothing but praise for the way we have been dealt with, Nick is always courteous and goes the extra mile in terms of customer satisfaction. Just need to save up for the Ferrari now.
