Terrible attitude and customer service

Alistair seems to be in the wrong job because if I was as rude and miserable as him, I would take a look at myself and make some drastic changes. Turned up to purchase a vehicle and he could hardly speak to us let alone show us the car and try to do his job which was to sell it to us. Bought a car earlier this year from a different dealer and the contrast in professionalism, service and basic pleasantries cannot even begin to be compared. Only one key for vehicle and when asked if the price could be reduced to reflect this Alistair picked up the phone and ( perhaps not) spoke to his manager who unsurprisingly said ‘No’ Don’t give them your time or money as they really don’t deserve it.
