Booked a Test Drive

Booked to test drive a new Golf 8 Estate, arrived to be told I couldn't test drive it but I could look at it!!! The test drive was booked 6 days ago so plenty of time to either sort the car out or cancel, they chose to do neither, girl who came to tell me was quite matter of fact about it, the fact that it was a 40 + round trip was irrelevant, she said I could rebook if I wanted? No thanks I'll go somewhere that cares
