Worst experience EVER

I purhcased a used 2017 Nissan Qashqai last Friday from MB Motor group in Leeds. As the car didn't have any Nissan warranty left on it, I wanted to extend this warranty and have been told that I need to do a Health Check on the car. I contacted Nissan WestWay in Hanwell to arrange this health check and I was informed that it would be at no cost. I booked my appointment for Saturday AM at 09h15 and arrived early. I was speaking with the Service manager and was told that I required a Full health Check which would cost £50 - to which I was surprised as I had been told otherwise. I had a disagreement with the Service manager about the cost as this is not what I had been told. I also discussed with him in regards to the SatNAV Maps having never been updated during the servicing (while the car was still under warranty) and was told that I would have to pay £115 for the map updates. Due to the negative attitude of the Service Manager, I told him that I didn't appreciate his attitude and left. I called Nissan Customer Services to complain about the dealership and they contacted them. I then returned to the dealership to have the £50 health check done which I was told would take 1.5 hours. During that time I was on my phone looking at my mails and some personal pictures I had on there. I went outside to have a cigarette while waiting for the health check to be done and I was approached by someone who identified themself as being the dealership manager. He told me that he was informed that I was taking pictures of a female salesperson from the dealership and that I had 2 options - 1 they call the police and go through the CCTV cameras or 2 they go through my phone pictures to look - of which I declined. 1 - I had NOT used my phone to take any pictures of anyone inside the dealership 2- the person whom I was allegedly taking pictures of was not even that interesting to me 3 - I am in a relationship I am DISGUSTED to have been treated this way by one of Nissan's dealers and I will NEVER return to Nissan Hanwell EVER again.
