Badly let down, cowboys

Sold me a car with a year's mot and refurbished wheels(spray job meant be powdered) and was meant to have been serviced. Took to my local garage to get checked out and a service as didn't think been done, needed a wheel baring and 2 new tyres as were badly split around the inside rims risking a blow out and my kids life's!! Yet mot'd it 🤔🤔 Emailed about issues no reply.
