Totally disinterested, unwilling to help

Called in today, the day after purchasing a used car from their Burnley branch, had a fault with the headlight, called Burnley but as we live in Northwich were told to go there. Absolute waste of time, didn’t want to help, and were sarcastic when we explained that their colleague in Burnley told us to go there. Shrugged shoulders and said had never heard of him....not a great attitude is it, given it’s all one company!
