Mixed service

I bought a 2016 range rover evoke, the service fron the start was great, I had the car within 2 days, the process was quick and easy. I was very excited with the car and collected it 3:30pm yesterday. I drove around 1 mile and parked it outside my shop awaiting for a friend to take a look, when he arrived he spotted a small crack in the front window, around half a cm, very difficult to notice during a rainy day. I called the company as the warranty doesn't cover glass but thought they would look at it as it was clearly there when I bought it, the gentleman was fairly rude in the phone and immediately tried telling me it would of failed the m o t . He did tell me to bring it in for them to take a look, for what it was worth I got it sorted my self as they were quite rude. Aside from this everything else was OK. Just need to be carful when buying a new car, excitement get the best of me
