A Good Company To Deal With

It's the first time I have bought from Lightcliffe Skoda, though I have owned as the second owner a Skoda Octavia previously that was not purchased through a franchised dealer. From the moment I contacted them, and that was via messaging, they were on the ball. My contact Shane Clark was helpful, not pushy, but gave me all the information necessary on the vehicle I was interested in. A test drive was arranged and Shane Clark provided everything needed for it to go smoothly. He then provided all the information for me to make a decision which I did. I collected the vehicle a few days later, with them keeping me updated on how things were going in between without going overboard. I got the feeling that however much you spent they would treat you with respect and look after you. I like their approach, and it gave me confidence in them and that any problems, which I doubt I will have, will be resolved promptly. They are one of those that you would not hesitate to recommend to others.
