Recently called about changing my wifes CR-V as I wanted to support my local Honda dealer. I found the sales team difficult to get hold of via a time consuming telephone system, then once I got through to a salesperson it was also difficult to get figures to change my vehicle. I even called to say that we would pop down to look at the CR-Vs on the forecourt and even though they saw us looking, no phone call followed to ask our thoughts! Now even a fortnight later I still have had no communication AT ALL with Boston Honda following my enquiry. This is the 2nd Honda I have bought elsewhere in the last 3 years.
