Buyers beware - cannot be trusted

Despite a written assurance that my car would be serviced before I picked it up, this was not done. I did not check when I picked up the vehicle but was alerted by the warning lights which appeared on the journey home! FG Barnes responded that the car had been serviced several months ago but they had forgotten to write anything in the service book or complete a service sheet! I can imagine them laughing at me as they typed that response. I have had a number of maintenance issues to sort and am having to pay for the 5 year service which is obviously overdue.
