Exceptional 5***** Customer Service

My wife & I bought a brand new Burstner T690G from Camper UK in Lincoln and love it! We also think potential customers should know just what a really superb company Camper UK are. With something as complex as a Motorhome, you expect to have minor teething issues but until you put a company to the test, you never know how well you’ll get looked after once they’ve got your money. We have had absolutely exceptional Customer Service from everyone at the company but especially from their aftersales Managing Director, a very genuine, helpful & ‘bothered’ chap Alan. When we dropped the vehicle back with a small ‘snagging’ list, Alan oversaw that everything was done properly - & we were kept informed as to the progress of our work by the (lovely & on-the-ball’) service reception staff. On just one of the issues, the Burstner factory mistakenly didn’t fit one of the roof skylights & Alan went out of his way to arrange for the ‘missing’ one to be ‘chased-up’ & fitted. It is so refreshing to deal with a friendly, PROPERLY run & managed Company, who really care about their customers. We would highly recommend Camper UK to anyone who wants to know they will be thoroughly looked after. Spot-on, good old-fashioned, no-nonsense 5* Customer Service. Thank you. Btw, we had never heard of Camper UK until a chap I work with mentioned his brother swears by them. Although we are not local to Lincoln, we think buying from a proper, professional business - that genuinely cares about Customer Service - is THE most important consideration when making such a big purchase. Incidentally, we shopped around for the deal we wanted on our second motorhome & Camper UK also worked really hard to get our hard-saved pennies. An all-round First Class Business. Well Done.
