Work was carried out on AC not working and problem with the Fuel actuator. I was told vehicle was fixed and ready for collection. I took the car home and at later stage it came to my attention that the fuel cap doesn’t open/close properly. Following day at 8:30am i brought the car back for them to rectify the issue. I was welcomed by Claire and showed her the problem. She said it is not possible now as technicians are busy. She also understood my frustration but after insisting and constant complaining, she said she will request a technician to have a look. Whilst under stress and frustration I slightly overstepped the counter and one of the staff named ‘Guss’ began really abusive and used foul language towards me. I was already in stress due to time waste and the car not been properly checked before it was given to me a day before. Claire said to go take a walk whilst technician looks at the car and upon asking how long will it take, she said few hours!!!! I was already under stress and now telling me to go for a walk for few hours!!! I asked if i can she can call a taxi so i can go home but they teamed up and did not help me. It seems like I was in a cowboy audi dealership! I have been verbally abused by Guss and received a careless customer service by Claire! - Incident was reported to the HeadOffice but do to GDPR they said they cannot reveal the outcome!! Avoid - avoid - Avoid
