Horrendous Customer service & IT system

Booked my MOT in the website and went on person to hear that the booking has not come through. Its ok when IT system goes wrong but the person in the reception Ronald was very rude (all it was required was just a sorry and ask to re-book if required) but this guy just mentioned he cannot do anything. I am afraid he is lacking the very basic customer service skills and surprised how someone like this person can be in the front office! In the past i have been there to see a car and the dealer aspects was relatively better but however way poor.
