Absolutely ridiculous service

Never ever ever go to this dealership/garage! Bought a car for £6500 and within 3 months the front passenger wheel fell off. Only people to touch it were FG Barnes who checked it over, gave it an MOT and service but claim I’ve tampered with the wheel myself, who would endanger their 3 kids lives! Steve Smith talks absolute crap, said the wheel was under inflated then changed it to over inflated as I had a tyre inflator in my boot, told me that they don’t touch the wheels when doing checks, MOT or service but then provided info to finance company that they do and that they were fine. Absolutely appalling service and some many lies told over and over again, was given a courtesy car (very grateful for) but then get told they want it back and if I don’t return he’ll phone the police to say I’ve stolen it, I have 3 children, 1 who is disabled and need a car if I need to get to the hospital ASAP but still threatened! Please avoid this dealership and garage
