Scam

Purchased a Mercedes A class back in December last year. Car was supposedly given a new MOT but not cleaned at all was full of pen marks and dirt. Lasted 1 day before the engine went into limp home mode and stopped working. Returned the car which they promised to get fixed, after ignoring us for weeks and not doing anything the 30 day return almost expired so we requested a refund. Nothing was ever done and now refund given. We were forced to get a CCJ in order to get a refund which was ignored and went uncontested. We then paid to get this converted into a high court writ. It took 9 months to get to this stage when we were finally able to get a refund as the enforcement officers turned up and got it. They were lied to and messed around. To make matters worse the car that I still legally owned and was not road worthy appeared back on the website for sale during the months we were claiming a refund. This listing included new pictures that showed the mats and accessories i had personally purchased for the car. Therefore I would recommend that you avoid them as much as possible or you will be out of pocket and have wasted a massive amount of time, not to count the money I spent on trains and taxis to get to work everyday during that 8 month period.
