Rude and defensive.
As a repeated Audi customer I’ve become familiar with the brand and the level of service associated with such. However on inspection and purchase of a vehicle from Swindon Audi, when asking staff about an MOT failure on a two year old vehicle and if I may see a copy of their “Audi Approved” inspection they became rude and dismissive. Calling their manager out to deal with us as “difficult” customers. We’ve had our buying experience soiled by rude salespeople and poor car preparation. When spending over £20k I would expect better. Disgraceful. When questioned its “cheaper” for a vehicle to fail an MOT and be repaired than inspected properly beforehand.
